Ms. Nwoko’s practice is focused primarily on entertainment and business law matters. She represents talent, creatives, and companies in brand deals, partnerships, and other deals in the music, film and TV industries. She also works on intellectual property matters, such as trademarks, copyrights, and infringement pertaining to those. Additionally, she assists in business entity formation and drafting agreements.
Jennine graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.A. before earning her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. Prior to starting her own firm, she worked in business litigation (Manning, Gross + Massenburg LLP), entertainment transactional & litigation matters (Alter, Kendrick & Baron LLP; Doniger & Burroughs, P.C.), and serving as in-house counsel for independent artist development companies.
Jennine is fluent in Finnish and English, as well as conversational in Swedish and French.
